The solution for that was this small but beautiful 1-bedchamber apartment in Downtown Phoenix, Arizona. The flat was a classic that has never been renovated. The new owner decided to remodel the place, a process that took 1.five years.

Still, later on the remodel, information technology was turned into a large one-bedroom available pad. The renovation was drastic and complete. The condo got glazed ceramic tile flooring, a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and concrete countertops, big sliding doors and lots of custom cabinetry where the possessor displayed his collection of antique German Goggle box towers, Metlox Poppytrail dishware and bronze statues and trophies.
